Sydney Coats joins the Michele Barone Homes team as a Buyer Specialist. Originally from Marquette, Michigan; Sydney moved to South Florida in 2017 to attend Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. While studying Business marketing, she fell in love with all that South Florida had to offer and decided to embark on a career in Real Estate.. She began her real estate career working as the Director of First Impressions for our Keller Williams Wellington Office. There, she not only became very knowledgeable about the local market here in Palm Beach County but also was fully immersed into all things real estate related working firsthand with agents and clients. Our clients value her marketing knowledge and kind and patient yet result-driven demeanor.

When she’s not busy helping our clients, Sydney enjoys boat days, trying out new recipes, and exploring different restaurants! Growth and Marketing

Bailey Everist joins the Michele Barone Homes team as the team’s Director of Growth and Marketing. Bailey is there to help your agent be able to spend as much time with you as possible, while she handles details behind the scenes.

Originally from Naples, Bailey graduated from the Florida State University where she majored in Marketing and is a proud ‘Nole!

In 2019, Bailey and her family relocated from North Carolina to SE Florida to be closer to family and take advantage of everything that South Florida has to offer! In her free time, she loves being around family, as well as going to the beach, going to theme parks, cooking and when there’s time – running!
